01. Fast Checks

On time, online – abbreviated range of checks aimed at temporary or Christmas onboarders. A fast check includes – media (social, national, local) – conflict of interest – timeframe – 24/48 hours

02. Bronze Level

Meets the requirements of roles up to and including Junior Management. A Bronze Level check includes – 2 references, summary report. Summary report and all corroborating paperwork.

03. Silver Level

Supervisory and Middle Management roles. A Silver Level check includes – Employment references covering 2 years. Validated referees, summary report and all corroborating paperwork.

04. Gold Level

Designed to meet the requirements of Senior Management, Professional and Regulated roles. A Gold Level check includes – Employment references covering up to 5 years. Gap analysis. Validated referees, summary report and all corroborating paperwork.

CareerCheck Shared Communications

In addition to obtaining references for your on-boarders, we can also manage the referencing process for your leavers and former employees.

Our Shared Services option can take the strain off your team by providing a simple and straightforward administrative back-office function on your behalf.

Our range of direct checks are carried out prior to any referencing or additional checks. The normal turnaround time is 24/48 hours.

If any flags are raised at this point then you are notified and have the option to stop the process at this point. Saving you time and money.
